Tech Mentor Urdu
Effective date: 29 October 2026
Tech Mentor Urdu is a multi-vendor marketplace for digital downloadable products, operated by Tech Mentor Urdu LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
This Refund Policy explains how customers can raise a refund request, the information needed to assess it, how applicable consumer rights are treated, and the method used for approved refunds.
Products on this marketplace are supplied by independent vendors. Tech Mentor Urdu LTD handles checkout, delivery and customer support on behalf of those vendors. Refunds are processed by Tech Mentor Urdu LTD on behalf of the vendor whose product was purchased. The involvement of a vendor does not remove any legal obligations owed to the customer.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights may depend on the customer's location, the nature of the purchase, and whether the customer buys as a consumer or for business purposes.
Where UK consumer law applies, paid digital content is generally required to be of satisfactory quality, fit for its applicable purpose, and as described. If digital content does not meet the applicable requirements, remedies may include repair or replacement and, where the relevant conditions are met, a price reduction that may amount to a full refund.
A statutory refund is not necessarily the first remedy for every digital-content fault. Equally, calling a product "downloadable" does not automatically remove the right to a remedy for defective or misdescribed content.
Any voluntary deadline, vendor rule, or exclusion in this policy remains subject to applicable mandatory rights. Customers are never required to waive those rights as a condition of receiving assistance.
Cancellation rights for a distance purchase are different from remedies for a faulty or misdescribed product.
Where UK cancellation rules apply to digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium, the cancellation right may be lost when supply begins, provided the customer has given prior express consent to begin supply during the cancellation period and has acknowledged that the cancellation right will be lost.
At checkout, customers are asked to confirm that they want immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that, once the download or licence delivery begins, the 14-day cancellation right is lost. Losing a cancellation right does not remove applicable rights concerning defective or misdescribed digital content.
Customers can contact us to explain a purchase-related problem. Assessment distinguishes between a statutory entitlement and any additional voluntary refund offered by the marketplace.
A refund request may be raised where:
A temporary access problem, an incomplete setup, or an unsupported environment will be investigated rather than automatically treated as either eligible or ineligible. Advertised compatibility, product documentation, representations made before purchase, and applicable law are all considered.
For product-related concerns, we may ask for information about the product and the issue encountered. Where appropriate, the vendor responsible for the product is asked to explain or fix the problem.
Customers are encouraged to contact support first so the issue can be diagnosed. The marketplace contacts the vendor on the customer's behalf; the customer does not need to chase the vendor directly. Vendors are given up to 5 business days to resolve a reported problem. If the vendor does not respond or cannot resolve the issue, the marketplace decides the refund request directly.
Any repair or replacement process required by applicable law will meet the relevant legal requirements, including reasonable time, cost, and convenience to the customer. A vendor's failure to respond never leaves a customer unable to exercise an applicable legal right.
Customers will never be asked to provide account passwords, full card details, or unnecessary identity documents to obtain ordinary product assistance.
Send your refund request to support@techmentorurdu.com.
To help us identify the transaction and understand the concern, include, where available:
Do not include your password or full payment-card details. If a receipt or screenshot includes unrelated personal information, redact that information where possible.
If you do not have all the details listed above, explain what you do have so the purchase can be located. These suggested details will never become an unreasonable barrier to a valid consumer claim.
A request is assessed using the purchase details, the product's description at the time of sale, the nature of the issue, any relevant evidence, and applicable law. Where additional information is reasonably needed, the customer is told what is required and why.
The outcome explains whether the request is approved, declined, or addressed through another applicable remedy. A refusal identifies the reason and the available escalation route.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are initiated within 7 days of approval. After initiation, the payment provider or financial institution may take additional time to make the amount visible; this period is outside our control and cannot be guaranteed.
If the original payment method can no longer receive the refund, contact support@techmentorurdu.com so the situation can be reviewed and a lawful, secure resolution arranged.
Where mandatory law governs the timing, amount, payment method, or charges associated with a refund, those requirements take priority. Store credit is never substituted for a legally required monetary refund.
Refunds are made in the currency of the original payment. Any currency-conversion difference applied by the customer's bank or card provider is outside our control.
The following situations are assessed individually rather than automatically approved or declined:
None of these circumstances is a blanket exclusion from all refunds. Downloading a product does not by itself defeat a defect claim, and a discount does not remove mandatory quality rights. Where a product has clear technical requirements, the assessment considers whether those requirements were accurately disclosed before purchase.
Where a full refund is approved, the licence key for the refunded product is deactivated and download access is removed. The customer must stop using the refunded content and delete any copies.
Where a partial refund or price reduction is agreed, the licence and access normally remain active, since the customer retains the product.
If you disagree with an outcome, reply to support@techmentorurdu.com, explain the disagreement, and provide any relevant additional information. A senior review is carried out and a final response given within 5 business days.
Contacting us does not remove your right to use an applicable payment-provider dispute process, complain to a competent authority, or pursue a legal remedy. Be aware that external dispute procedures may have their own deadlines.
When this policy is revised, its effective date is updated and notice is provided on this page. A later policy change does not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or contractual refund commitments associated with an earlier purchase.
